Meeting Cancellation Policy

Any Chapter meeting
will be considered cancelled if any of the following conditions occur due to weather: Roanoke City Schools
are closed on the day of or the day after the meeting, or Virginia Western night classes
are cancelled
for the night
of a meeting.

A cancelled meeting MAY be rescheduled, check here for details!
